Britney Spears has turned to Jessica Simpson’s hair colourist to help her create a sexy new look post K-Fed. Despite reports that Spears had donned a hairpiece for her Late Show with David Letterman apearance on November 6th, the star’s new hairdo was the actually the work of celebrity colourist Rita Hazan. Hazan explained, “It took me more than five hours to fine-tune her colour — it’s now a golden blonde with platinum highlights.” After getting her new colour, Spears also received a new cut from Neslon Vercher, the head stylist at Hazan’s New York City salon.
